Delivery terms
Bella Flora offers same day deliveries to Sippy Downs and The Sunshine Coast Area.

Hours of Trade:

Bella Flora Florist is open 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm Saturdays (Public Holidays excluded) we deliver same day, within our local Sunshine Coast delivery area . All orders must be received by 1pm AEST weekdays and 10am on Saturdays.

Delivery Date and Specific time:

Deliveries will be made on the date requested unless the order is placed after the daily cut off times 1pm Mon- Frid & 10am Sat, or if it falls on a Sunday ( we are closed on this day )
"Preferred delivery date and time::" section when placing the order, preferred time refers to AM (between 9am - 12pm) or PM ( between 12pm - 5pm), if you have a delivery deadline we will do our best to accommodate this request where possible . however we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We can easily accommodate morning or afternoon delivery requests.
Bella Flora is closed on Sundays, so any orders placed on this day will be sent out the very next day of Trading.
At Peak times such as VALENTINES DAY and MOTHERS DAY - No specific delivery times can be requested due to the large volume of deliveries.

Delivery Fees:

Deliveries made within our local Sunshine Coast delivery area, from Marcoola, through Buderim and Sippy Downs, Kawana, and down to Pelican Waters Caloundra, incur a standard delivery fee of $10.00 inclusive of GST Deliveries made outside of our immediate local delivery area incur an additional fee of $10.00 inc GST.

Flower Availability:

Bella Flora will create arrangements as close as possible to the item pictured. Some of the arrangements will be subject to Seasonal variations and availability in some instances.

If Recipient is not home:

All Bouquets and arrangements are delivered with a water source attached and complete Care Instructions. If your order is delivered and no one is home to accept the delivery we will either:
  • leave the goods in a safe out of view position that is protected from the weather, and a calling card left in the letterbox or front door to confirm the location of the goods; or
  • they will be returned to Bella Flora and a calling card will be left for the customer to contact Bella Flora to arrange collection. A delivery charge may be charged if an additional delivery is required.

Customer Details:

In order to process your order, we need information such as your full name, e-mail address, contact number, billing address, delivery address and payment details.

As soon as your order has been finalised on the website, a confirmation email will be generated and sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please do not hesitate to contact us on (07) 5445 3338 with any queries, or contact enquiries@bellaflora.com.au. Orders will not be sent until payment in full has been received.

You are obliged to enter the correct delivery address at time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect we will attempt to re-deliver, but this delivery fee will be charged to you.

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars. All product prices exclude the standard delivery fee.

Quality Promise:

Bella Flora guarantees the value, flower quality and freshness of every order. However excessive heat, air conditioning, or changes in climate can adversely affect the longevity of the flowers. If you are not happy with the delivery for any reason, please contact (07) 5445 3338 within 48 hours of the delivery to discuss.
